Agreement

By creating an account, clicking “Create account”, or otherwise using DoGiveaway, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use DoGiveaway

You must have legal capacity under Nigerian law—and any other jurisdiction that applies to you—to bind yourself to contracts. Drops are staged for Nigerian prize rails today; creators are responsible for ensuring promotions they run comply with applicable laws including consumer protection, marketing, and tax.

What we provide

DoGiveaway offers software to fund prize pools (“vaults”), host multiplayer Drops, expose them on an Arena or private links, and record auditable gameplay events. We are the platform—not the sponsor unless explicitly stated. Brand Stages and other brand tools are creator-controlled surfaces on which you publish content.

Accounts

You must maintain accurate credentials, protect your login, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, risk, unlawful activity, prolonged inactivity tied to unpaid obligations, or breaches of these Terms.

Conduct & compliance

• You will not circumvent funding, payouts, moderation, fairness, or rate limits.
• You will not upload malware, impersonate persons or regulators, scrape the service hostilely, overwhelm infrastructure, harass individuals, spam Bant Rooms, or encourage illegal gambling.
• You represent that Drops you advertise are truthful, funded as described, and that winner selection aligns with DoGiveaway’s documented rules for each game type.
• Players participate free of mandatory entry payments; misuse of “free-to-play” promises is forbidden.

Funding, fees, payouts

Payment rail availability, timelines, refunds, disputes, reconciliations, and chargebacks are governed by our payment partners’ rules and Nigerian banking norms. Platform fees disclosed in-product apply to creator-funded prize pools where stated. Taxes, withholding, and winner reporting obligations sit with creators and winners as applicable—we do not offer tax advice.

Content & IP

You retain ownership of content you contribute. You grant us a worldwide licence to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content strictly to operate, secure, analyse, promote, and improve DoGiveaway unless you revoke where technically feasible—subject to transactional records we must preserve. Respect trademarks, music clips, likeness rights, and platform policies when building Drops or Stages.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose except where disclaimers are illegal. Real-time features may lag; outages may occur—build critical campaigns with contingency plans.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law (and excluding death, personal injury from gross negligence, fraud, or other non-waivable rights), neither Oneorbit Technologies Ltd nor DoGiveaway is liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, exemplary, special, or loss-of-profit damages. Aggregate liability arising from these Terms ordinarily caps amounts you paid to us in fees for use of paid features in the three months before the claim; if zero, our liability caps at fifty thousand Nigerian Naira unless a court orders otherwise—subject to mandatory law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms follow the substantive laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria—with venue as practicable closest to Abuja FCT unless another forum is mandated—have primary jurisdiction absent an agreed arbitration path we introduce for commercial customers in a separate exhibit.

Changes

We may revise these Terms periodically. Posted updates take effect once published unless we specify otherwise. Material adverse changes affecting existing paid obligations will be communicated reasonably in advance where feasible.
